Male Wanted by Police Following Traffic Stop
Swan Lake First Nation

On April 3, 2025, Manitoba First Nations Police Service (MFNPS) conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the community of Swan Lake First Nation.
A male occupant, known to police to have multiple warrants for arrest, was found to be hiding in the vehicle. When told that he was under arrest, the male fled on foot from the vehicle. Additional police resources attended the area, including the Police Dog Services, however the suspect was not located.
A warrant for arrest has been issued for Terry Ray Martin (37) for the following charges:
− Resist arrest
− Being unlawfully at large
− Possession of a controlled substance – cocaine
− Possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
In addition to the new charges, Terry Martin is wanted on two warrants for arrest stemming from investigations from both RCMP and MFNP.
